  2. Well the run in starts here, unfortunately city have just won one of their hardest games left and increased the GD.
Southgate played Saka for both games and he has come back unwell so our best attacking player will be on the bench.
The side we face have been doing well since their new manager came in.
They have left their best players on the bench so if they keep it tight and will throw everything at us late in the game.
All of the run in games are difficult and having our best two players from each end of the park obviously doesn’t help.
We now have win at Anfield and get something at city.
But first we have to win today to start the momentum running again COYG

  13. Crazy game so far.

Leeds were better side 1st half and had more shots on goal than us but we went 1 nil up. 2 quick goals start of 2nd half and the game looks to be killed off.

Think we have been a bit leggy so far, just want the 3 points and no more injuries for anfield.

  18. 9 games to go, 8pts clear with a game extra played, 23pts maximum required to win the league, only the 20pts if we beat man city, 21pts if we draw with city.

  22. an important win, sluggish first half, deadly early second half, no clean sheet, but put the game to bed, with 9 games left to play, winning is the important thing, not how we win, although I am one who believes that playing well stops any doubts creeping into players minds. Liverpool away next up, if we can win there it might go a long way to winning the title

  23. What an inspired buy Trossard has been and he hit the ground running. I must admit to being a bit underwhelmed and thinking at best he would be an additional utility player.
He fits like a glove in this team.
